and with capabilities of SMD placements from µBGA. BGA, LGA, 1002, PLCC and SOIC on both single or double sided boards where flexibility and efficiency are achievable for small and high volumes.
The JUKI’s high precision placement is complimented by the range of Dek screen printers used, varying from fully automatic to manual align with vision, provide an even spread of paste across even the largest of PCB’s and a minimal set up time, further providing the ability to produce products to a tight schedule if required.

High speed SMT production cannot be achieved without a reflow process capable of maintaining a constant flow of products. The use of Heller Industries reflow ovens enables us to complete the SMT manufacturing process at the same constant pace to meet our requirements.

The use of an AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) Machine allows us to offer assurance that incorrect fitted devices are noticed before further processes are applied to the product.

Full ESD precautions have been taken within the department to ensure benching, matting and chairs are all ESD safe.
